Yesterday at approximately 19:30, we experienced a brief voice outage caused by an overloaded Redis cache on our SIP gateway. This cache supports various internal operations and has historically been highly reliable. To prevent future issues, we are enhancing monitoring to automatically detect and resolve Redis cache overloads before they impact services.
