We are currently experiencing a service disruption affecting the Desktop and Web Apps due to an expired SSL certificate.
The certificate would normally renew automatically; however, a supporting renewal service failed, preventing the automatic renewal process from completing.
Our engineers are manually renewing the certificate now. Once the new certificate has been deployed, affected services will automatically return to normal operation.
We expect service to be restored shortly and apologise for any inconvenience caused.
