Resolved

We experienced a short disruption affecting outbound calling due to a termination issue with an upstream carrier. During this time, some outbound calls failed to connect.

Inbound calling was not impacted and continued to operate normally throughout the incident.

The issue has now been resolved, and outbound calling services have been fully restored.

While the root cause originated outside of our network, we are continuing to investigate with the upstream provider to better understand the failure and minimise the risk of recurrence.und calling was not impacted.
